We’ve sourced the best local roasters in our hometown of Fort Collins, Colorado, bringing the same great taste and atmosphere of your favorite local coffee shop wherever your event may be.

With all of our coffee cart setups we offer a menu consisting of regular and flavored lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, americanos, hot cocoa, and a seasonal special. We provide both whole milk and oat milk.

Our standard menu consists of the following: Latte: regular, caramel, vanilla Cappuccino Mocha Americano 1 Seasonal Specialty Latte Hot Cocoa both whole milk & oat milk available We'll arrive 30 minutes before this time to get set up. Select your event date here. If you would like service for multiple days, you can select the first day here and let us know the other days in a later step on the form! We'll use a latte art printer to print your logo/image onto the top of every drink. We'll stamp all the cups with your logo/image. (Available only in black ink) We'll order custom stickers with your logo/graphic and place them on every cup. What do you require to set up?
We typically ask for a 6×6 space for our cart and barista. We’ll also need a three-pronged outlet within 15 feet of our setup location. If you do not have access to power within 15 feet, you are always more than welcome to provide an additional extension cord. We can also use a provided generator for outdoor setups.
Do you arrive early to set up?
Yes! We typically arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the event start time to begin setting up.
Where can you set up?
Pretty much anywhere! We can fit through any standard sized door. Our cart is on wheels, so it can be transported anywhere there is a flat, solid surface. We can fit inside elevators and can probably get anywhere you want us to be. Stairs can be a problem if there are a lot of them, but just let us know and we’ll see what we can do! For outdoor setups, shade is greatly appreciated.
If we don’t use all the drinks we ordered, will we receive a refund?
Unfortunately, we buy all our ingredients and supplies fresh in anticipation of being able to fulfill the total amount of drinks ordered, so we do not provide refunds for any unused drinks.
What if we go through all of the drinks we ordered before our serving time is up?
In this case, we will begin to break down and depart as we will be out of supplies. We either serve until the maximum number of ordered drinks is reached or until our serving time is up. However, we always bring a little extra with us just in case.
I have a large event. How many carts do you have?
We currently have 4 carts that we can run simultaneously if you have a large or high volume event.
