Yes. We serve events throughout Colorado, including Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and all the surrounding areas. If your event is outside these cities or areas, let us know the location and we’ll confirm travel availability. For events that are really far out there, we may charge a travel fee and request accomodations if needed.

Our mobile coffee cart only requires a small footprint of around 5’x5′ for both our cart and barista, as well as access to standard power. We provide everything else including water. We can provide exact space and electrical requirements during booking to ensure smooth setup at your Colorado venue.
How far in advance should we book?
We accept both last-minute and far out bookings. For peak seasons in Colorado, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Large conferences, custom buildouts, or highly logistical events may require additional planning time. We’ve done events for people same-day and have also been booked years out – so feel free to reach out either way!
